Ten years ago tomorrow marks the morning that we were driving to Duke University Hospital to deliver Landon.  So many unknowns… As mentioned in our testimonies, we didn’t even know if he would survive birth or be capable of breathing on his own. The shunt surgeries, stint in the NICU, numerous tests and our stay at DUKE is honestly like a blur..the peace of God was with us and sustained us during that time.

Fast forward ten years, and we would be lying if we didn’t say it has hard at times, but given the opportunity to parent Landon has been a true blessing and adventure, indeed!  Our beautiful ten year old boy: full of energy, smiles, and an unmistakeable personality.  We are better parents and better people because of him.  Thank you, Lord Jesus, for giving us ten years with Landon.  Happy Birthday Sweetheart!
